With more than 10 years of experience in construction and outdoor living projects, we work closely with residential homeowners throughout St. George, Washington, Hurricane, Santa Clara, Ivins, Cedar City, La Verkin, Toquerville, Virgin, Leeds, Hildale, Apple Valley, Springdale, Enterprise, Rockville, New Harmony, Central, and Gunlock. Our goal is simple: create outdoor spaces that are just as comfortable, functional, and enjoyable as the interior of the home.

Our story starts with owner Kasey Kartchco, a lifelong Utah resident whose passion for outdoor living began at an early age. He launched his first landscaping business at just 15 years old and later expanded his experience into construction and project management. Over the years, he noticed a recurring problem. Most builders focused only on the house, most landscapers focused only on landscaping, and specialty companies concentrated only on their individual trade. Homeowners were often left coordinating multiple contractors themselves, leading to additional costs, delays, and frustration.

KartchCo was built to fill that gap. We manage what we call the outside house, bringing landscaping, landscape design, hardscaping, outdoor kitchens, ADUs, and construction planning together under one roof. By working alongside architects during the earliest planning stages, we help ensure the home and outdoor environment function together as one complete vision.
